A NIGHT TO REMEMBER AT WYECLIFFE
On Saturday 1st February 2025, we bathed our gallery in soft gallery lighting and set the scene for collectors to come together at an exclusive evening event celebrating David Renshaw's art. The Roses & Reflections exhibition provided more than stunning new original oil paintings, pencil sketches and boutique editions; attendees could meet David Renshaw personally while discussing his inspirations and bonding over contemporary art. While those unable to attend in-person could visit the virtual exhibition, filled with videos of David making the collection, high-quality photography, and exclusive gifts worth £100.
Amidst the evening’s celebrations, one moment stood out—the unveiling of A Dozen Red Roses, an exquisite new original by David Renshaw, alongside a stunning boutique edition of the same name.

Please note that these are hand-gilded frames and therefore the patina can vary from piece to piece, including areas of darker and lighter shade within each edge.
Inspired by cherished memories with his wife in the Lake District, the painting captures the warmth of shared moments—romantic strolls by the water, the inviting glow of cafés and flower shops, and the quiet joy of escaping the everyday. A vintage Mini perched on a bridge suggests a spontaneous day out, while the title itself hints at a timeless gesture of love.

Our relaxed and welcoming gallery spaces provided the ideal backdrop to experience Renshaw’s newest collection. Visitors experienced dreamlike worlds of rich colours and timeless romance in each artwork while sipping champagne as they toured the gallery spaces. Everyone who purchased a Renshaw original painting, sketch or edition during the event, will receive an exclusive £100 gift package along with their new piece, as a thank-you from us and David for their ongoing support.
Each boutique edition is personally hand-embellished by David, ensuring every piece carries a unique touch. The signature heart, carefully painted atop the car, completes the scene with his signature storytelling charm.
David Renshaw has created his signature artistic style over twenty years by merging romantic elements with modern narrative techniques. The detailed landscapes and glowing sunsets of his 'Northern Romance' series have won international collectors' admiration through their nostalgic warmth and emotional connection.
The Roses & Reflections exhibition provided a password-protected online experience for people who could not attend in person. Collectors from around the world logged in to explore and secure their favourite pieces during the exhibition which led Renshaw's work to find homes across the globe.
