Please note that adding an unique edition or original painting to your basket does not reserve the artwork.
Please proceed to check out and make your purchase as swiftly as possible to have the highest chance to securing your favourite piece/s. All orders are reviewed by our team upon arrival and we will be in touch to discuss delivery dates in due course.

FRAMING OPTIONS

Thank you so much for choosing to purchase with Wyecliffe Galleries! If you have purchased either an original oil painting or a boutique edition during this evening’s Virtual Exhibition, then we are pleased to confirm that your new artwork will be delivered to your home in the frame as shown in the accompanying images.

As a framer for over seven years, David Renshaw has personally hand-selected the frames for his stunning compositions. For original paintings, this is a wide-swept signature silver/blue frame where boutique editions are presented in a slimmer signature silver/blue frame. This ensures that collectors may easily display both originals and editions beautifully together throughout their homes.

Please note that these are hand-gilded frames and therefore the patina can vary from piece to piece, including areas of darker and lighter shade within each edge.

If you would prefer a different choice of frame, please contact our team and we will do our very best to accommodate this, though please note any change of frame will incur additional charges which will be provided by individual quotation. Bespoke framing typically has a 3-4-week lead time. Our advice is to secure the artwork you are interested in (to avoid missing out), and then to reach out to our aftersales support team to discuss alternative frames after the exhibition.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Wyecliffe Galleries are proud to offer complimentary fully insured delivery to the UK mainland, as well as 7-day free returns.

Upon receiving your purchase, our friendly team will be in touch starting the week commencing Monday 26th September to arrange your collection or delivery date – please do keep an eye on your voicemails and e-mails for our correspondence!

Please note that owing to the anticipated volume of selections made by our amazing collectors all over the world, and our golden standard 12-point checks taking place on all works sold prior to releasing to delivery, it may take our team a few days to reach out to you.

UK and Domestic Services

We are proud to offer fully insured delivery via courier to the UK mainland free of charge with all works purchased as part of this evening’s Virtual Exhibition.

Smaller Paintings

Placed on a premium service, works arriving on the UK mainland will arrive during a one-hour timed slot which will be communicated by the courier directly on the date of arrival via text message. This service is available on the weekday of your choosing – Monday-Friday weekly (excluding Bank Holidays). Some postcodes in outlying areas (including Cornwall, Scotland and Wales) may not be possible to be placed on a next-day service upon booking, and our friendly After-Sales Team will be glad to help discuss this through when booking your delivery date.

Larger Paintings

Placed onto a premium service, works arriving to the UK mainland will arrive between 8am-12noon on a weekday of your selection, Monday-Friday weekly (excluding Bank Holidays and with the exception of certain outlying areas). Please note that some postcodes in outlying areas (including Cornwall, Scotland and Wales) may be subject to next-day arrival between 8am-6pm delivery options only, or only be available on a two-day service.

Our team will confirm if you will receive a one-hour timed window, or a pre-12noon service at the time of booking delivery. We thank you for your patience and our dedicated After-Sales Team will be on hand following dispatch should you have any queries once your wonderful new artwork has been dispatched.

Please note that all parcels require a signature, therefore somebody will need to be at the property to sign for the goods – owing to the value of the goods, we sadly can’t recommend or authorise any works being left in a safe place.

Offshore UK deliveries including (but not limited to) the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and remote areas of Scotland, are typically available on a 2-3 day delivery service following dispatch.

Saturday deliveries may also be requested, which are available for a small additional fee of £25 per delivery. We also offer a full range of urgent and same-day delivery options, which may be organised and quoted per order. Professional installation may be offered by quotation to some areas of the UK. Please call us to arrange these alternative delivery options on 01932 847939 from Monday 26th September to discuss your order with a member of our team.

Please note that some items are excluded from the free delivery offer, including very large and fragile works of art which may require a specialist delivery service. Please contact us for quotations in these circumstances.

International Deliveries

Wyecliffe Galleries offers fully insured delivery to both Europe and Worldwide. Overseas delivery times range from 3 - 21 working days and full tracking is provided as soon as your chosen artwork/s is in transit with the couriers. Prices are automatically calculated once your shipping address has been added to the basket. All international deliveries are packaged in a custom-made crate, designed for safe transit.

Returns

In the rare instances, you would like to return your artwork, we offer a 14-day guaranteed returns policy on internet and phone purchases to help you buy with confidence. A credit note can be issued for exchange so that we can help you find a fantastic alternative, or a refund will be applied to the original card used within 7 working days of the goods being safely returned to us. All free gifts received must also be returned to us in pristine condition alongside the artwork/s themselves.

Please note that if you would like us to arrange the collection then the cost of the collection will be deducted from the original purchase price. It is the responsibility of the collector to deliver the artworks purchased safely back to our trading address; the cost of the return is the buyer’s responsibility. In the exceptional circumstance that there has been some damage incurred during transit, the gallery will arrange collection to return the work. A restored or replacement artwork will be sent in applicable circumstances if possible, or else a refund provided.

For European and Worldwide orders, returns may also be arranged. As soon as we receive your confirmation a member of our After-Sales Team will be in touch to organise a suitable collection date. Once your artwork has arrived back in our galleries, a refund to your original payment method will be arranged, minus the shipping costs.

LOYALTY POINTS

Purchases made as part of our Virtual Exhibition, Life, Love and Magic on Saturday 24th September 2022 between 7pm-11pm with David Renshaw will not be eligible to redeem points against, nor will any purchases made during these hours qualify to accrue points to redeem against future purchases.

PAYMENT

To make your purchase as easy as possible we accept most forms of payment online including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal.

We also offer 0% Interest Free Credit. If you want to spend a minimum of £280, you can apply for financing through our partner Novuna, at 0% APR and with repayments spread over 6 and 12 months. The finance amount must be between £280 and £25,000; For Finance above £25,000, please contact us on 01932 847939.

If you spend a minimum of £2,500, you can apply for an 18 months Interest Free Credit Plan, at 0% APR and with repayments spread over the 18 months. The finance amount must be between £2,500 and £25,000.

Applying for an instalment plan is similar to applying for a new credit card. The details you provide are checked against public registers, such as credit rating agencies. To increase the chances of acceptance, ideally, you will have a good credit history (no late payments, CCJs, etc) and meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Be working at least 16 hours per week
  • Have 12 months of UK address history
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits

  • Delivery must be to the address that you put on the finance application, which should match your bank account's billing address.
