How do I pay?
To make your purchase as easy as possible we accept most forms of payment online and in the gallery, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We also offer payment plans by splitting the balance into agreed sums, up to a four-month period. Many of our clients find this a simple and accessible way to purchase artwork without impacting precious savings, or at times when cash flow is needed to complete projects such as redecoration and home renovation. With this method you can secure your favourite painting or sculpture with a deposit to ensure that you don’t miss out, where we’ll store the piece here on gallery premises until the balance payment has been completed. There is no additional charge for this service.
How quickly can I have it? - Delivery Options
In some instances you can have it today (Monday- Saturday) as we offer a same day service (please contact the gallery). We do also offer a next day service if your chosen painting is currently in stock, ready framed (if applicable) and you make your purchase by 2pm GMT Monday-Thursday (UK delivery locations). Once an order is made on-line you will be contacted to discuss convenient delivery days.
If next day isn’t convenient or possible, we’re happy to arrange delivery on a date which is suitable for your schedule - we want it to be as hassle free for you as possible. UK carriage on most paintings is free of charge.

We work with international collectors daily and are accustomed to the shipping requirements of countries such as Europe and Australia. The time frames for international shipments are quoted on a case by case basis, though transit typically takes 5-7 working days.
The Gallery will be open as usual, except for Saturday the 31st of December and Monday the 2nd of January.
Online orders can always be made during this time and stock will be correct. After you order, you will be contacted by a member of the Wyecliffe team to arrange delivery options.
Can I send it back if it doesn't work?
Yes. In the rare instances our customers would like to return their artwork, we offer a 7 day guaranteed returns policy on internet purchases to help you buy with confidence.
We request that upon receipt of delivery that you if you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase that you let us know as soon as possible. Return courier should typically be arranged by the customer and at their expense. A credit note can be issued for exchange so that we can help you find a fantastic alternative or a refund will be applied to the original card used within 7 working days.
In the exceptional circumstance there has been some damage incurred during transit, the gallery will arrange collection to return the work. A restored or replacement artwork will be sent in applicable circumstances if possible, or else refund provided.
