'My Best Friend' is a stunning original artwork that captures a moment many of us recognise, sitting close to someone you love, wrapped in comfort, sharing the quiet rather than the conversation. Inspired by Kerry Darlington’s love of storytelling and the sentiment of Sam McBratney' beloved story 'Guess How Much I Love You', the piece reflects the simple words “I love you to the moon… and back,” celebrating connection, closeness and the reassurance of being together.

Subtle touches of silver and copper leaf woven through the trees add warmth and a gentle glow that reveals itself over time. Personal, comforting and quietly emotive, this is a one-of-a-kind piece that brings a sense of familiarity and lasting emotional connection into a space.

Providing quality at every step

Experience and care with each order

Trading for over 30 years, we have made art our passion. Therefore we have developed a strict set of standards for the safe storage and dispatch of our precious works to our collectors. Our meticulous 12-point checklist ensures every work upholds our exacting quality standards when dispatching one of our artworks.

Starting at dispatch from the artist's studio, we've worked together with our community of artists to ensure delivery to the gallery is as meticulous as possible - each work packaged safe transit.

Upon arrival in our Weybridge showroom, each new arrival is examined by the studio & dispatch team. Frames are scrutinised for a perfect finish: glass is polished to perfection with anti-static art cloths. Auxiliary features like the string/wire and certification on the reverse are checked for positioning and correct mounting. Finally, the work itself is inspected to ensure a flawless transition from studio to gallery. Upon purchase, the work is cleaned again and meticulously subjected to our trademark 12-point checking system to ensure a safe secure journey to its ultimate destination.

With a network of framers, restorers, conservators and art dealers with over 50-years experience in the industry, you can rest assured your world-class art receives the highest level of scrutiny and care.
