We have a few ways you can set up to receive your artwork and we we want to make sure we help you have the best buying experience possible. This guide should answer any queries or concerns about getting your artwork or returning it to us.

Delivery Options

Over 90% of our art is in stock and available on a fully insured free of charge next day delivery service to the UK mainland. Just make your purchase by 1pm GMT Monday-Thursday and our friendly after sales team will give you a call to discuss convenient delivery days.

Saturday deliveries may also be requested, which are available for a small additional fee of £25 per delivery. We also offer a full range of urgent and same-day delivery options, which may be organised and quoted per order. Professional installation may be offered by quotation to some areas of the UK. Please note that some items are excluded from the free delivery offer, including very large and fragile works of art which may require a specialist delivery service. Please contact us for quotations in these circumstances.

International Orders

We work with international collectors daily and are accustomed to the shipping requirements of places such as Europe, the USA and Australia. The time frames for international shipments are quoted on a case-by-case basis, though transit typically takes 5-7 working days following dispatch.

Returns Policy

In the rare instances you would like to return your artwork, we offer a 14 day guaranteed returns policy on internet and phone purchases to help you buy with confidence. A credit note can be issued for exchange so that we can help you find a fantastic alternative, or a refund will be applied to the original card used within 7 working days of the goods being safely returned.

Customers are welcome to arrange the return at their expense/liability or we can often assist by generating a quotation from our network of couriers if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Damages

All our artwork is sent fully insured. In the exceptional circumstance there has been some damage incurred during transit we require you to notify us within 24 hours of the delivery and the gallery will arrange the collection. A restored or replacement artwork will be sent in applicable circumstances if possible, or else a refund provided.
