The Rhythm Divine - Original

The Rhythm Divine marks the debut of a brand-new muse in Louise Dear’s portfolio, inspired by her lifelong heroine, Shirley Bassey. Channeling the glamour of powerful female voices and the rhythm of the seasons, this one-of-a-kind original captures energy, sensuality, and rebirth.

Painted on a bespoke metal box frame, the work begins in free-spirited chaos, layered oils, acrylics, glitters, and sprays, before being balanced with Louise’s iconic gridlines and a golden circle. Nasturtiums, the first flowers to bloom across her terrace in Spring, blaze in fiery orange, while butterflies drift through the composition as symbols of transformation.

The muse radiates a knowing innocence, her luscious lips framed by shimmering earrings adorned with over 800 Swarovski crystals, hand-applied by Louise over three days. Gloss-varnished layers of green and purple create a jewel-like depth, with every detail, from a splash of red to a flicker of gold, inviting discovery.

The Rhythm Divine is a dazzling celebration of female strength, creative freedom, and divine rhythm, marking the arrival of Dear’s newest muse.
