Layered with nostalgic icons, pop culture fragments and a fierce female muse, each piece is a statement of defiance, crafted directly onto reclaimed timber pallet panels. Gritty, industrial and unapologetic, 'Misfits' captures the essence of Pop Maximalism through Lhouette’s unmistakable fusion of aerosol, stencil and collage.
The Boutique Edition brings the series’ tactile intensity to a more personal, intimate scale, inviting collectors to engage with the hand-finished textures and raw edges up close. Each work is individually completed in the artist’s studio, sealed with UV-satin varnish, and accompanied by full studio authentication - a masterclass in craftsmanship and creative conviction.
Specifications
A meticulously hand-finished Limited Edition assemblage, mixed media edition combining layered aerosol-stencilled portraiture with print collage and vintage book pages, mounted on individually staggered, upcycled timber panels. Each piece features a dynamic surface relief with subtle shifts in depth, highlighting the series’ core theme of misplacement and individuality.
Every artwork is unique, with natural variations in tone, collage elements, and embellishments, making each edition a one-of-a-kind piece.

Trading for over 30 years, we have made art our passion. Therefore we have developed a strict set of standards for the safe storage and dispatch of our precious works to our collectors. Our meticulous 12-point checklist ensures every work upholds our exacting quality standards when dispatching one of our artworks.
Starting at dispatch from the artist's studio, we've worked together with our community of artists to ensure delivery to the gallery is as meticulous as possible - each work packaged safe transit.
Upon arrival in our Weybridge showroom, each new arrival is examined by the studio & dispatch team. Frames are scrutinised for a perfect finish: glass is polished to perfection with anti-static art cloths. Auxiliary features like the string/wire and certification on the reverse are checked for positioning and correct mounting. Finally, the work itself is inspected to ensure a flawless transition from studio to gallery. Upon purchase, the work is cleaned again and meticulously subjected to our trademark 12-point checking system to ensure a safe secure journey to its ultimate destination.
