She's Electric - Original

Artist: Becky Smith

She's Electric - Original

€2.007,95 EUR

Charged with swagger and fizzing with attitude, She’s Electric is Becky Smith’s rock’n’roll tribute to the Oasis anthem of the same name. Two skeleton lovers stand guitar-to-guitar, their ribcages and faces alive with flowers, framed by a glowing gold disc that feels like a spotlight. Playful and sassy, the piece captures the eccentric spirit of the lyrics; family quirks, unpredictable love, and the irresistible spark of “can I be electric too?”. Finished with glow-in-the-dark accents that blaze under UV light, this one-of-a-kind original crackles with energy, a collector’s piece that demands to be seen, felt, and heard.

Medium: Original acrylic, spray paint, gold leaf and a specialised UV glow-in-the-dark paint, finished with a spray varnish.
Image size: 100 x 80 cm / 39.37" x 31.49"
Boxed Canvas strung ready to be displayed.

Experience and care with each order

Trading for over 30 years, we have made art our passion. Therefore we have developed a strict set of standards for the safe storage and dispatch of our precious works to our collectors. Our meticulous 12-point checklist ensures every work upholds our exacting quality standards when dispatching one of our artworks.

Starting at dispatch from the artist's studio, we've worked together with our community of artists to ensure delivery to the gallery is as meticulous as possible - each work packaged safe transit.

Upon arrival in our Weybridge showroom, each new arrival is examined by the studio & dispatch team. Frames are scrutinised for a perfect finish: glass is polished to perfection with anti-static art cloths. Auxiliary features like the string/wire and certification on the reverse are checked for positioning and correct mounting. Finally, the work itself is inspected to ensure a flawless transition from studio to gallery. Upon purchase, the work is cleaned again and meticulously subjected to our trademark 12-point checking system to ensure a safe secure journey to its ultimate destination.

With a network of framers, restorers, conservators and art dealers with over 50-years experience in the industry, you can rest assured your world-class art receives the highest level of scrutiny and care.
