Chromatic Waterfall - Original

"I love creating colour harmonies that incorporate all the primary hues, in differing shades and tones, which I can soften and modulate by blending together and ordering in subtle variations across the canvas. The harmonies running vertically across this picture feel as if they are pouring down the surface, blending into the ground of the canvas as they travel. The surface of the canvas has been worked up with layers of gesso and white paint that are sanded and then glazed with thin layers of pure colour to create the effect of fading away." - Scott Bauer
