After months of planning we can finally reveal that we are expanding the gallery...again! Here at Wyecliffe Gallery we pride ourselves on our wide selection of art that suits all tastes and budgets, however this came at a price in terms of storage. Many of our regular clients may have noticed over the past few months the gallery has been looking a little full! We have now taken over a large warehouse space at the back of the current gallery to cope with our ever growing selection of art!
This new space will primarily be used for our art consultancy service and to house some of our more interior design led artists but will also be used for private views, events and long running exhibitions.
From all this extra space we are going to open up sections of the current gallery to include a framing area and a dedicated Kerry Darlington space so we can showcase new and rare works.
As you can see we are hard at work getting the space ready and will be launching in the summer with a grand opening so keep your eyes peeled for more information!

Knight Nurse by Lhouette, Ronan Keating collaboration revealed on ITV show Lorraine. Urban pop artist produced original painting for 'Little Thing Called Love' video.
A thoughtful and quietly spoken artist, Scott Bauer’s polite manner is the perfect reflection of a series of accomplished original acrylic works with pristine painted stripes as their signature structure. A genre named by the artist as linear formalism, the term conjures thoughts of complex algebraic formulas, a mindset far away from the freedom of creative imagination. Using fragments of memory along with his perception of the world, the artist distills light and colour into stunningly rendered stripes. Waved, faded and pure, the outcome are pieces both calmly meditative and excitingly vivid. Wyecliffe Galleries are privileged to share an insight in to the mind of this emerging artist.
