Silverwood House Commissioned Art

Artists and their patrons have always had a rich relationship throughout history, so there's always an extra frisson of excitement when specially commissioned work arrives at our Weybridge gallery. These commissions are stunning pieces by Robin Eckardt; internationally sought after for her mastery of elements and ambience. We managed to get a few atmospheric shots of the work before it was packaged for installation.

Working alongside the designers of 'Silverwood House' in Surrey, these pieces are the first arrivals of over 40 bespoke works by some of our leading artists. These have been specially created to compliment the building's beautiful neoclassical elegance and striking use of space. Providing the essential finish to a home's design is a thrilling task and one of the most exciting aspects of our work at Wyecliffe Gallery.

For more insights into our installation work; follow our previous project at the palladian 'Millwood House', as we place the art and mirrors in this video.
